Ingredients
for the Burgers
1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
4 burger buns
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 small onion, sliced
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp Real Killer Hot Sauce
For The Killer Aioli
1/3 cup mayo
1 tbsp Real Killer Hot Sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Mix the aioli: Combine mayo, hot sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Chill until serving.
Form & smash: Divide beef into 4 loose balls. Heat a cast iron pan on high. Add butter and onions — sauté until golden, remove.
Place beef balls in the pan, smash flat with a spatula, and season with salt and pepper.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side. Brush with Real Killer Hot Sauce before flipping. Add cheese to melt.
Assemble: Toast buns, spread aioli, add onions, patties, and more sauce if you dare.
