Ingredients
for the Chicken
2 chicken breasts, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

1/4 cup mango puree or finely diced mango
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp soy sauce
For The Bowl
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Directions
Prep the slaw: In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, mayo, lime juice, honey, and salt. Toss and chill.
Cook the shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
