Ingredients
for the Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp La Reina Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup mango puree or finely diced mango
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
For The Bowl
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro and lime wedges
Directions
- Prep the slaw: In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, mayo, lime juice, honey, and salt. Toss and chill.
- Cook the shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, Real Killer Hot Sauce, and smoked paprika. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, until opaque and lightly charred.
- Assemble: Warm tortillas, add slaw, top with shrimp, and garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
