Ingredients

for the Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp La Reina Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup mango puree or finely diced mango
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

For The Bowl

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro and lime wedges

Directions

  1. Prep the slaw: In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, mayo, lime juice, honey, and salt. Toss and chill.
  2. Cook the shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp, Real Killer Hot Sauce, and smoked paprika. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, until opaque and lightly charred.
  4. Assemble: Warm tortillas, add slaw, top with shrimp, and garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
