These aren’t your average burgers, crispy-edged, juicy patties coated with smoky Real Killer Hot Sauce and topped with a creamy, fiery aioli that takes them over the top.

Ingredients
for the Burgers
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Real Killer Hot Sauce
For The Killer Aioli
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp Real Killer Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Mix the aioli: Combine mayo, hot sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Chill until serving.
- Form & smash: Divide beef into 4 loose balls. Heat a cast iron pan on high. Add butter and onions — sauté until golden, remove.
- Place beef balls in the pan, smash flat with a spatula, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side. Brush with Real Killer Hot Sauce before flipping. Add cheese to melt.
- Assemble: Toast buns, spread aioli, add onions, patties, and more sauce if you dare.
