Real Killer Smash Burgers with Spicy Aioli

These aren’t your average burgers, crispy-edged, juicy patties coated with smoky Real Killer Hot Sauce and topped with a creamy, fiery aioli that takes them over the top.

Ingredients

for the Burgers

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Real Killer Hot Sauce

For The Killer Aioli

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp Real Killer Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Mix the aioli: Combine mayo, hot sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Chill until serving.
  2. Form & smash: Divide beef into 4 loose balls. Heat a cast iron pan on high. Add butter and onions — sauté until golden, remove.
  3. Place beef balls in the pan, smash flat with a spatula, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook 2–3 minutes per side. Brush with Real Killer Hot Sauce before flipping. Add cheese to melt.
  5. Assemble: Toast buns, spread aioli, add onions, patties, and more sauce if you dare.
